How long does it take and what is the shipping fee?

We have four shipping options for your consideration:

  1. Handling time ( 3 – 5 Day )
  2. Standard Shipping : Transit time ( 7 – 15 day ), and your parcel will be insured.

Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: the courier. Unfortunately, your package may be lost, stolen, or damaged while out for delivery. Insurance is not mandatory, but we offer you to choose Insurance if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (are more likely to be stolen).    In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee and inform them this charge for keeping track of it.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after around 14 days after your order has been placed. You can track it right here or if you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

The tracking number can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order due to this sensitive situation. If the tracking number is still not working a week, please contact our customer support team for checking as soon as possible.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after the day you placed the order, contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. How ever, duties and taxes are calculated and changed by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

How much will customs charges be for my country?

As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges might be for your order.

What is Customs Invoice?

Please don’t be surprised if there is an invoice with prices different from the price you bought in parcel because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance, and your shipment can leave the country without one.
